There are three main boxing styles: outside fighter, inside fighter, and swarmer.

Outside Fighter

Outside fighter is a boxer who prefers to fight from the outside, using their jab to keep their opponent at a distance and then coming in with power punches when the opportunity arises. They are typically taller and have a longer reach than their opponents, which allows them to control the fight from the outside.

The advantages of outside fighting are that it allows you to control the fight and keep your opponent at a distance. It also allows you to use your jab to set up your power punches.

Disadvantages of outside fighting are that it can be difficult to land power punches from the outside. It can also be difficult to move in and out of range quickly.

Inside Fighter

Inside fighter is a boxer who prefers to fight on the inside, close to their opponent. They use their footwork and head movement to get in close and then use their power punches to do damage. They are typically shorter and have a shorter reach than their opponents, which forces them to fight on the inside.

Advantages of inside fighting  are that it allows you to land power punches more easily. It also allows you to use your footwork and head movement to get in close and land punches.

Disadvantages of inside fighting are that it can be difficult to control the fight from the inside. It can also be difficult to avoid taking punches from the inside.

Swarmer

Swarmer is a boxer who prefers to overwhelm their opponent with a flurry of punches. They are typically very aggressive and come forward constantly, looking to land as many punches as possible. They are typically shorter and have a shorter reach than their opponents, which makes it difficult for them to fight on the outside.

Advantages of swarming are that it can overwhelm your opponent and force them to make mistakes. It can also wear down your opponent and make them easier to knock out.

Disadvantages of swarming are that it can be difficult to land power punches while swarming. It can also be difficult to avoid taking punches while swarming.
